1. Scheme : Credit Capital Upgradation Linked Subsidy for Scheme Technology (CLCSS)
Eligibility : Sole-proprietorship, Private Limited Companies, Small Industries, Khadi, Coir Units, Partnerships, Village Industries, Etc.
Purpose : Facilitate Technology Upgradation of Micro and Small Enterprises by providing 15% capital subsidy [ceiling of 15 lakh] on institutional finance. Extra 10% subsidy is extended to entrepreneurs who belong to the SC/ST category and hail from the selected districts of the North-East or other hilly terrains. Maximum limit of eligible loan- 100 lakh.
2. Scheme : ISO 9000/ ISO 14001 Certification Reimbursement Scheme
Eligibility : SMEs/ancillary undertakings who have acquired ISO 9000/ISO 14001/HACCP certification
Purpose : Incentivise certifications holders including reimbursement of expenses for acquiring ISO 14001 certification.
Amount or percentage of subsidy : Reimbursement of charges for acquiring ISO-9000/ISO- 14001/HACCP certification to the extent of 75% of expenditure subject to a maximum of Rs.75,000 in each case.
3. Scheme : : Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP)
Eligibility : Individual above 18 years, Self Help Groups, Institutions registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860; Production Co-operative Societies, and Charitable Trusts
Purpose : Create job opportunities and boost economic growth.
Amount or percentage of subsidy : The maximum cost of the project/unit admissible in manufacturing sector is 25 lakhs and, in the business, /service sector, it is 10 lakhs.
4. Scheme : : Support for Entrepreneurial and Managerial development of SMEs
Eligibility : Any individual or MSME with innovative ideas ready for commercialization can apply to the host technical institution
Purpose : Provide early-stage funding to promote development of knowledge-based innovative ventures and to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs.
Amount or percentage of subsidy : Rs 4 to 8 lakh funding support for setting up of 'Business Incubators, subject to overall ceiling of Rs 62.5 lakh for each Bl.
a) Upgradation of infrastructure Rs 2.50 lakh
b) Orientation/training Rs 1.28 lakh
c) Administrative expenses Rs 0.22 lakh
Total assistance per BI Rs 66.50 lakh
